🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative supply chain solutions for our E-commerce customers. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our logistics and transportation networks. Your expertise will help us improve delivery times, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you contribute to the growth and success of our business.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their supply chain needs and implement tailored solutions.

•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement process improvements, leveraging data and analytics to drive business outcomes.

•Conduct supply chain risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.

•Design and implement transportation and logistics solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging FedEx's network and capabilities.

•Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.

•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying innovations to improve supply chain operations.

•Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

•Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate supply chain performance and progress.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement business process improvements.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, transportation, or logistics.

•Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with supply chain software and systems.

•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.

•Certification in Supply Chain Management, such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD).

•Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

•Familiarity with cloud-based supply chain platforms and technologies.

•Fluent in multiple languages.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

At FedEx, we offer a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
