🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Supply Chain Optimization Manager — eCommerce Solutions, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage global supply chain operations for our eCommerce clients. You will be responsible for analyzing supply chain complexities, identifying areas for improvement, and developing tailored solutions to meet our clients' specific needs. Your key performance indicators will include supply chain cost reduction, on-time delivery rates, and customer satisfaction.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze complex supply chain operations and identify areas for optimization to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement global supply chain strategies that meet the unique needs of our eCommerce clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with our technology platforms, transportation networks, and warehouse operations.

Design and implement data analytics dashboards to track key performance indicators and supply chain metrics.

Develop and manage budgets for supply chain initiatives and track expenses.

Collaborate with senior leaders to develop business cases for investment in new technologies and supply chain solutions.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste in supply chain operations.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on global eCommerce operations.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven expertise in data analytics and supply chain metrics.

Strong business acumen and ability to develop business cases for investment.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

PMP or Six Sigma certification.

Experience with logistics and transportation management systems.

Strong knowledge of global trade regulations and compliance.

We offer a competitive salary range of 55,000 - 75,000 EUR per annum, depending on experience.
