🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Supply Chain Optimization Specialist at Dunkin' Germany HQ, you will play a critical role in leading our supply chain optimization initiatives to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and measure results. Your expertise will help us make data-driven decisions and create a more agile and responsive supply chain that meets the evolving needs of our business.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement supply chain optimization strategies to reduce costs, improve service levels, and increase efficiency across all supply chain functions

* Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop recommendations for senior leadership

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, sourcing, and procurement, to develop and implement process improvements

* Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to drive cooperation and alignment on supply chain initiatives

* Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through process improvements and supply chain optimization

* Develop and implement a sustainable and responsible supply chain management strategy that aligns with Dunkin's values and goals

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and innovations to drive supply chain excellence

* Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to supply chain activities

* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of supply chain processes, policies, and procedures

* Provide supply chain insights and recommendations to support business growth and expansion

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field

* 5+ years of experience in supply chain optimization, with a focus on data analysis, process improvement, and project management

* Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management, logistics, and transportation management

* Experience with supply chain planning and optimization tools, such as SAP or Oracle

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive insights and recommendations

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

* Fluency in English and German, with a high level of proficiency in both languages

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field

* 7+ years of experience in supply chain optimization, with a focus on data analysis, process improvement, and project management

* Experience with supply chain analytics and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

* Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS or CSCP

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
