🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our Talent Acquisition team focused on expanding our presence in Europe. You'll work closely with our hiring managers and recruiters to source, attract, and onboard top talent from across the region. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Europe, focusing on specific markets and job functions.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to create job descriptions, job postings, and interview processes that meet our company's needs.

- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform our talent acquisition strategies and improve our hiring processes.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations in Europe.

- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and vendors.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's culture, values, and mission, and incorporate these into our recruitment strategies.

- Travel to Europe occasionally to attend hiring events, meet with candidates, and visit our offices.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a global or international setting.

- Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent in Europe or other international markets.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Europe, particularly in Germany.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with recruitment software.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience working in a startup or rapidly growing company.

- Knowledge of languages other than English, particularly German or other European languages.

- Experience with data analysis and reporting.

- Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

At Airbnb, we offer a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
