🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Global Talent Acquisition Lead for Diversity and Inclusion, you'll play a key role in shaping our future workforce by developing and implementing strategies to increase diversity and inclusion within our hiring processes. You'll work closely with our leadership team to identify and mitigate biases in our hiring practices, ensuring that we attract and retain a diverse pool of candidates. Your day-to-day work will involve collaborating with hiring managers to source and select top talent from underrepresented groups, developing and executing recruitment strategies, and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement strategies to increase diversity and inclusion within our hiring processes. Collaborate with hiring managers to source and select top talent from underrepresented groups. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of our diversity and inclusion initiatives. Identify and mitigate biases in our hiring practices. Develop and implement training programs for hiring managers and recruiters on unconscious bias and inclusive hiring practices. Partner with our diversity and inclusion team to develop and execute employee resource groups and diversity-focused programs. Stay up-to-date on the latest best practices in diversity and inclusion, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global or multinational organization. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity and inclusion initiatives. Strong understanding of unconscious bias and inclusive hiring practices. Experience with data analysis and metrics to measure the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Experience working with diversity and inclusion metrics and data analysis tools. Certification in Diversity and Inclusion (e.g. Diversity Executive Leadership Program). Experience working with employee resource groups and diversity-focused programs. Strong understanding of global talent acquisition strategies and best practices.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive health insurance plan, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and 15 days of paid vacation per year. Our remote work policy allows you to work from home or a location of your choice, as long as you meet our productivity and performance goals. We also provide a $5,000 annual budget for learning and development, so you can take courses or attend conferences to enhance your skills.

Our talent acquisition team is a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals who are passionate about finding and recruiting top talent for our organization. We work closely together to source and select candidates, and we're always looking for new and innovative ways to attract and engage with diverse candidates. Our team is approximately 20 people, and we're spread across multiple locations, so you'll have the opportunity to work with colleagues in different parts of the world.
