🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As Global Talent Acquisition Manager - EMEA Remote Growth, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy for our EMEA region, with a focus on identifying and hiring top talent for remote positions. Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with our regional recruitment teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that meet our business needs. You will have a significant impact on shaping our future workforce and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for EMEA remote positions, including job planning, recruitment marketing, and sourcing

* Collaborate with regional recruitment teams to identify and attract top talent for remote positions

* Analyze data and market trends to inform recruitment decisions and optimize recruitment processes

* Provide expert recruitment guidance and support to hiring managers and recruitment teams

* Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and partners to support recruitment efforts

* Develop and manage budgets for recruitment initiatives and programs

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing

* Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve recruitment processes and efficiency

* Develop and maintain a network of external partners and stakeholders to support recruitment efforts

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on leadership and strategic planning

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

* Proven track record of success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that drive business results

* Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing, sourcing, and analytics

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field

* Certification in talent acquisition or recruitment (e.g. SHRM-CP, HRCI)

* Experience working in a global organization or with a multinational client base

* Knowledge of recruitment software and technologies (e.g. Workday, Taleo)

* Experience with data analysis and reporting
