šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for Marriott's global workforce, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent for our hospitality and tourism divisions. You will report directly to the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and will collaborate with hiring managers across the organization to understand their recruitment needs. Your impact will be seen in the quality of candidates hired, the speed of fill, and the overall candidate experience.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute global recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for Marriott's hospitality and tourism divisions.
Manage a portfolio of key job openings, working closely with hiring managers to ensure efficient recruitment processes and timely fill rates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop innovative recruitment solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with recruiters, staffing agencies, and other external partners to source top talent.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future recruitment strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Develop and implement employee value proposition messaging to attract and retain top talent.
Manage a budget for recruitment expenses, including agency fees, job board advertising, and other recruitment-related costs.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on hospitality or tourism.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a focus on quality of hire and speed of fill.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including OFCCP and EEO.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
SHRM or HRCI certification.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.

Marriott offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
