šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Global Talent Acquisition Manager for McDonald's Philippines Remote team, you will be responsible for managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process for all global roles in the country. You will work closely with hiring managers, business stakeholders, and the local HR team to identify talent gaps, develop recruitment strategies, and execute a comprehensive recruitment plan. Your key performance indicator will be to reduce the time-to-hire, improve the quality of candidates, and enhance the candidate experience. You will report directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for Asia Pacific and will be part of a global team that supports the McDonald's brand.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for all global roles in Philippines, aligned with the company's overall talent acquisition objectives

• Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to identify talent gaps, develop job descriptions, and create a shortlist of potential candidates

• Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, social media advertising, and employee referrals

• Manage the scheduling of interviews, assessment centers, and reference checks, ensuring timely and efficient execution of the recruitment process

• Coordinate with the local HR team to ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in Philippines

• Analyze recruitment metrics to measure the success of the recruitment strategy and identify areas for improvement

• Develop and maintain relationships with key recruitment agencies and vendors to secure top talent

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven track record of reducing time-to-hire, improving candidate quality, and enhancing the candidate experience

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Philippines, including employment legislation and workplace safety standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders

• Proficient in recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems and social media advertising platforms

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Certification in Recruitment, HR, or a related field (e.g. SHRM-CP, HRCI-CP)

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders

• Knowledge of the Philippines job market and recruitment trends
