🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW
The Global Talent Acquisition Strategist for Latin America will play a critical role in shaping our recruitment strategy and processes to attract and retain top talent in the region. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment campaigns, managing recruitment budgets, and analyzing talent acquisition metrics to inform business decisions.
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent in Latin America
* Develop and manage recruitment budgets to ensure effective use of resources
* Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment plans
* Develop and implement effective recruitment campaigns across multiple channels (social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.)
* Manage the recruitment process from initial job posting to onboarding, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
* Analyze talent acquisition metrics to inform business decisions and optimize recruitment processes
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, business leaders, and recruiters
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, including experience with recruitment strategy, process improvement, and metrics analysis
* Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, software, and technologies (e.g. Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Experience working in a transportation or logistics industry
* Certification in talent acquisition or recruitment (e.g. SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR, etc.)
* Proficiency in Spanish language

* Salary range: MXN 500,000 - MXN 800,000 per year
