🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Digital Transformation Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving H-E-B's digital strategy forward. Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for overseeing digital transformation initiatives across the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. Your focus will be on accelerating digital innovation, enhancing customer experiences, and driving business growth.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation plans, aligning with business objectives and strategic initiatives.

Conduct thorough needs assessments, gathering input from stakeholders, and prioritizing digital projects based on business value and customer impact.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.

Identify and evaluate digital tools and technologies, recommending solutions that meet business needs and enhance customer experiences.

Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and calculated risk-taking to drive digital growth.

Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of digital projects and services.

Develop and manage digital transformation budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and return on investment.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven track record of driving digital innovation and transformation in a complex retail environment.

Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of retail operations, customer experiences, and market trends.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Experience with digital tools and technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certification in digital transformation, IT project management, or a related field.

Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum framework.

Strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure.

Familiarity with retail industry standards and regulations, such as PCI-DSS and HIPAA.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $85,000.
