šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Head of Cloud Security Governance - EMEA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive cloud security strategy for our European, Middle Eastern, and African operations. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to ensure that our cloud security posture meets the highest standards of security, compliance, and risk management. You will lead a team of security professionals to implement cloud security controls, monitor cloud security posture, and respond to security incidents.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a cloud security strategy for EMEA that aligns with Dropbox's global security standards and requirements.
- Lead a team of security professionals to implement cloud security controls, monitor cloud security posture, and respond to security incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and compliance, to ensure that cloud security is integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, business partners, and external vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security trends, threats, and technologies, and recommend new approaches and solutions to improve our cloud security posture.
- Develop and maintain metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of our cloud security strategy and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our compliance team to ensure that our cloud security strategy meets all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain a cloud security incident response plan and lead the response to security incidents.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure that cloud security is integrated into all aspects of our development lifecycle.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on cloud governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification highly preferred.
- Experience with cloud security frameworks, such as NIST Cloud Security and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Experience with cloud security tools, such as AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, and Google Cloud Security Command Center.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful cloud security strategies and programs.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with cloud security orchestration and automation tools, such as AWS CloudFormation, Azure Blueprints, and Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
- Experience with DevSecOps and cloud security integration with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, and CircleCI.
- Familiarity with cloud security standards, such as ISO 27017 and ISO 27018.
- Experience with cloud security compliance and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.

At Dropbox, we offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £80,000 per year, plus a generous bonus structure.
