π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As our new Head of Digital Customer Experience, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our e-commerce strategy, ensuring seamless customer journeys across all channels. Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative digital solutions that drive sales, engagement, and customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on creating omnichannel experiences that integrate online and offline touchpoints, leveraging data insights to inform business decisions and enhance customer loyalty.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
Lead a team of digital marketers, developers, and designers to design and implement new digital experiences, measuring success through A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems, platforms, and infrastructure.
Analyze customer data and behavior to inform data-driven decisions and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Contribute to the development of our customer experience vision and strategy, working closely with the CMO and senior leadership.
Partner with the product team to design and launch new digital products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field, with a focus on customer experience and strategy.
Proven track record of driving business growth through innovative digital solutions, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve high-level goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze customer data to inform business decisions.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Certifications in digital marketing, e-commerce, or customer experience management.
Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce.
Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of EUR 60,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience.
