🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Head of Employee Experience, you will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across the UK organization. You will report directly to the Managing Director of Allied Universal UK and work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to enhance the employee experience. Your focus will be on creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, growth, and development of our employees.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies to improve overall employee experience.

• Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to understand employee needs and concerns.

• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement policies and programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Design and deliver training programs to equip managers with the skills to manage and lead their teams effectively.

• Work with HR business partners to develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.

• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

• Partner with the communications team to develop internal communications that promote the company's culture, values, and mission.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employee groups, unions, and industry associations.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee experience and make recommendations for implementation.

• Collaborate with the IT department to develop and implement technologies that enhance the employee experience.

• Develop and manage the employee experience budget and reporting requirements.

• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in HR or a related field, with a focus on employee engagement and retention.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee experience strategies.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the UK.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.

• Experience working with HR systems and technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification preferred.
