šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Head of Global Talent Development - EMEA Region, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent development strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role will be instrumental in creating and executing programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent, driving business growth and ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders. Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement talent development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent development strategies for the EMEA region, aligned with business objectives and talent needs
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent gaps and develop programs to address them
- Design and deliver training programs, including leadership development, skills training, and mentorship initiatives
- Analyze talent data and metrics to inform development strategies and measure program effectiveness
- Develop and manage budgets for talent development initiatives, including program delivery, facilitation, and participant costs
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and talent development partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
- Collaborate with other HR teams to develop and implement global talent development initiatives
- Provide coaching and guidance to HR colleagues on talent development best practices
- Develop and maintain a talent development network across EMEA, including partnerships with external organizations and industry experts
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in talent development, HR, or a related field
- Experience in developing and implementing talent development strategies, including training programs and initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret talent data and metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience working in a global organization, with knowledge of EMEA markets and cultures
- Strong business acumen, with ability to understand business objectives and talent needs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in talent development or HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI
- Experience working in the entertainment or media industry
- Strong knowledge of learning and development technologies, including learning management systems
