🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Head of Retail Operations for the United Kingdom, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of experienced retail professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will have a significant impact on the success of our UK business.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience across all retail channels.

Lead and manage a team of retail operations managers and coordinators to ensure seamless store operations.

Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to optimize inventory management and reduce waste.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Implement and maintain operational procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Drive process improvements and implement new technologies to increase efficiency and productivity.

Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational goals.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in a senior leadership role.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in developing and mentoring high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.

Familiarity with retail operations software and technology, such as POS systems and inventory management tools.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA or other postgraduate qualification in a related field.

Experience in a multinational retail environment, with exposure to different markets and cultures.

Certification in a relevant field, such as retail operations or supply chain management.
