🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Retail Operations Manager — Craft Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our UK operations. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics of our craft supply chain, ensuring that products are delivered to stores on time and in full. You will work closely with our buying team to identify trends and opportunities to improve our product offerings. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the inventory levels and replenish stock as needed

Collaborate with the buying team to identify trends and opportunities to improve our product offerings

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement

Communicate effectively with store managers and staff to ensure they have the necessary resources to meet customer needs

Work with the IT team to develop and implement systems to improve supply chain visibility

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in a retail operations or supply chain management role

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Proven experience with inventory management and logistics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

Certification in supply chain management or a related field

Fluency in a second language (desirable)

Strong knowledge of the UK arts and crafts market

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

Base salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Hybrid working policy with a minimum of 2 days per week working from home
