As an International Airline Revenue Optimization Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing revenue growth strategies for our global network. You will work closely with our commercial team to analyze market trends, optimize pricing, and increase revenue through yield management and sales analysis. You will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership, and will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to drive business results.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies across our global network, including market analysis, pricing optimization, and yield management.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

- Work closely with the commercial team to develop and implement sales strategies, including pricing, promotions, and special offers.

- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership on revenue growth opportunities and challenges.

- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to drive business results.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue optimization, and apply this knowledge to improve our revenue growth strategies.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, airport teams, and other partners.

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in the revenue optimization process.

- Develop and manage reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.

- Provide training and support to other teams on revenue optimization best practices and tools.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in revenue optimization, yield management, or sales analysis in the airline or travel industry.

- Bachelor's degree in a business or analytics-related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large data sets.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership.

- Experience with yield management software and tools, including Airline Yield Management Systems (AYMS) or similar.

- Strong understanding of airline revenue management principles and practices.

- Experience working with international teams and stakeholders, with a strong understanding of global market trends and cultures.

- Master's degree in a business or analytics-related field.

- Certification in revenue optimization or yield management.

- Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI.

- Strong knowledge of airline revenue management software and systems.
