🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As an International Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of Wendy's in Germany. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership. You will report directly to the General Manager of International Expansion and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our business in Germany.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and maintain market research reports to inform business decisions and drive growth in Germany.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to launch new products and promotions in the German market.

* Analyze sales data and provide insights to senior leadership to inform business strategy.

* Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

* Identify and mitigate risks associated with international expansion.

* Provide support for special projects, such as market entry strategies and business development initiatives.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and government agencies.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity in the German market.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 3+ years of experience in international business development, market research, or operations.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Relations.

* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.

* Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

* Experience with market research tools and software, such as Google Analytics or Tableau.

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Relations.

* Experience working in the quick-service or fast-food industry.

* Knowledge of German market trends and consumer behavior.

* Certification in a related field, such as project management or marketing.
