As an International Sales Manager for our German Subway Franchise Network, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.

You will work closely with our franchisees to understand their business needs and provide them with the necessary support to achieve their sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue for our German Subway Franchise Network.

Collaborate with franchisees to understand their business needs and provide them with the necessary support to achieve their sales targets.

Analyze market trends and provide insights to our leadership team on sales performance.

Design and deliver training programs to franchisees and their staff on sales techniques and customer service.

Conduct regular sales audits to ensure that franchisees are meeting their sales targets.

4+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the quick-service restaurant industry.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Fluency in German and English.
