🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As an International Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and process improvements across the DACH market. You will report directly to the Regional Director of Sales and work closely with our sales teams in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your primary goal will be to analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive growth and improvement across the DACH market.

. Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

. Work closely with sales teams to provide training, coaching, and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

. Implement and manage sales performance metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue.

. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our sales processes and strategies are aligned with market developments.

. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.

. Provide regular updates and insights to the Regional Director of Sales and other stakeholders on sales performance and market trends.

. Identify and mitigate risks to sales growth and revenue, including competitive threats and market disruptions.

. Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to optimize sales operations.

. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including data protection and privacy regulations.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field.

. Proven track record of driving sales growth and process improvements in a similar role.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

. Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting, including CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

. Certification in sales operations or a related field (e.g. Sales Operations Certification, Certified Sales Professional)

. Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand market trends and competitor activity.

. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

. Experience working in the security or facility services industry.
