🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our International Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and hire top talent for our German market. You will work closely with our global talent acquisition team to develop and execute localization plans, ensuring that our recruitment processes align with local laws and regulations. You will also partner with our hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic recommendations to improve the candidate experience.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the German market, including creating job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.

• Collaborate with our global talent acquisition team to design and implement localization plans for recruitment processes.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic recommendations to improve the candidate experience.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and vendors.

• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.

• Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for hard-to-fill positions.

• Collaborate with our communications team to develop recruitment marketing materials.

• Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective recruitment best practices.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Collaborate with our diversity, equity, and inclusion team to develop recruitment strategies that promote diversity and inclusion.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.

• Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a focus on quality of hire and time-to-hire.

• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Germany.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency in German, both written and spoken.

• Experience with recruitment technology platforms, including applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• SHRM-CP or HRCI certification.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Knowledge of data analytics tools and software, including Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
