π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As an International Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our German retail team. As a remote employee, you will work closely with our international recruitment team to source, attract, and select top talent for various roles across Germany. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing effective job postings to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. This role will report directly to the Director of Recruitment and will be a key member of our growing international team.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Germany and across Europe. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop tailored job postings. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit. Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule on-site interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company. Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices to continually improve our recruitment process.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field. Proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns and a strong understanding of European labor laws and regulations. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems. German labor law certification or equivalent experience.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Experience working in the retail or e-commerce industry. Knowledge of HRIS systems and HR software. Certification in recruitment or a related field, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI. Proficiency in other European languages, such as French, Spanish, or Italian.
