šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As our new Inventory Control Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our inventory management processes across European operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Logistics Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory tracking, accurate forecasting, and timely replenishment of products. Your expert analysis and data-driven insights will help drive business growth and continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Develop and maintain accurate inventory forecasts for European markets to inform replenishment schedules and minimize stockouts.
⢠Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of merchandise from distribution centers to stores.
⢠Analyze sales data and inventory levels to identify trends, optimize product mix, and inform vendor negotiations.
⢠Implement process improvements for cycle counting, inventory receiving, and storage to maintain high accuracy and productivity.
⢠Work closely with vendors to address delivery and logistics issues, ensuring on-time receipt of merchandise.
⢠Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure inventory performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
⢠Collaborate with finance teams to conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
⢠Develop and maintain training programs for logistics staff to ensure comprehensive knowledge of inventory processes.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
⢠3-5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
⢠Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
⢠Experience with inventory management software, including implementation and training.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
⢠Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
⢠Certifications in inventory management, supply chain operations, or logistics.
⢠Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.

We offer a competitive salary range of 50,000 - 75,000 EUR per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive health insurance plan, a company-matched retirement plan, and 20 days of paid vacation per year. Additionally, we offer a learning and development budget of 1,000 EUR per year to support your professional growth.
