šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of stock levels across our stores. You will work closely with store managers and merchandising teams to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to reduce stock discrepancies and improve overall inventory management. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with store managers and merchandising teams to develop and implement inventory management strategies.
- Analyse sales data and inventory levels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track inventory levels and discrepancies.
- Provide insights and analysis to inform business decisions and improve inventory management.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce stock discrepancies and improve overall inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inventory management solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of inventory management policies and procedures.
- Other duties as required to support the inventory management function.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years' experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience with inventory management software a plus.

- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Certification in inventory management or a related field.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
