🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Clinical Data Strategist at Kaiser Permanente in Germany, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve patient outcomes and optimize clinical workflows. You will work closely with our clinical leaders, data analysts, and IT teams to design and implement data solutions that meet the evolving needs of our members and clinicians. As a key member of our data strategy team, you will have a significant impact on shaping our data infrastructure and driving business decisions that improve the quality and delivery of care.
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve patient outcomes and optimize clinical workflows.
Collaborate with clinical leaders, data analysts, and IT teams to design and implement data solutions that meet the evolving needs of our members and clinicians.
Design and implement data architectures, data governance frameworks, and data quality standards that support clinical decision-making and business intelligence.
Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support clinical and operational decision-making.
Lead data-related projects and initiatives, including data migration, data integration, and data quality improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including clinicians, data analysts, and IT teams.
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in a clinical or healthcare data strategy role.
Master's degree in a related field, such as health informatics, public health, or data science.
Proven expertise in data architecture, data governance, and data quality standards.
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Certification in data science, data engineering, or a related field is a plus.
⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in a European healthcare setting is a plus.
Familiarity with German healthcare regulations and policies is a plus.
Certification in clinical informatics or a related field is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, based on experience.
