šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Latin America Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies for Whole Foods Market Latin America region. You will work closely with the Latin America marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and improve the online shopping experience for our customers. You will report directly to the Director of Marketing for the Latin America region and will work closely with other teams including product development, digital analytics, and customer service.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Develop and implement e-commerce strategies for the Latin America region, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
⢠Collaborate with the Latin America marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
⢠Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions and optimize the online shopping experience.
⢠Work closely with the digital analytics team to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce performance.
⢠Collaborate with the product development team to identify opportunities for e-commerce growth and develop new product offerings.
⢠Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including suppliers, logistics providers, and technology vendors.
⢠Provide regular reporting and analysis to the Director of Marketing and other stakeholders on e-commerce performance and trends.
⢠Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and marketing operations.
⢠Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
⢠Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
⢠Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠5+ years of experience in marketing operations, e-commerce, or a related field.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
⢠Proven experience in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies and marketing campaigns.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.
⢠Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
⢠Experience working with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento.
⢠Familiarity with digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
⢠Experience working in the grocery or retail industry.
⢠Familiarity with Latin American culture and market trends.
⢠Fluency in Spanish.
