šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Lead Data Visualization Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data visualization solutions for our Electric Vehicle Insights team. This role exists to help our stakeholders make informed decisions by providing intuitive and interactive data visualizations. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Data Insights and will be part of a collaborative team that works closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards to support business decision-making.
Create interactive data visualizations using D3.js, Tableau, or Power BI.
Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines to support data visualization requirements.
Develop and maintain data quality and integrity standards to ensure high-quality data.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs and requirements.
Design and implement effective data visualization solutions that meet business needs.
Provide data visualization training and support to stakeholders.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of experience in data visualization, data analytics, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in D3.js, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience with data engineering and data pipelines.
Strong understanding of data quality and integrity principles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience with cloud-based data visualization tools, such as Amazon QuickSight or Google Data Studio.
Certification in data visualization or data analytics.
Excellent Python programming skills.
Experience with data storytelling and presentation design.
