šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
The Lead Digital Experience Strategist will play a key role in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies across our e-commerce retail business. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of E-commerce, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights, customer-centric solutions, and innovative technology. Key goals include increasing online sales, enhancing customer engagement, and optimizing the overall digital shopping experience.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement comprehensive digital experience strategies aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts
Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital experience projects and initiatives
Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies to inform digital experience optimization
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to drive innovation and cost savings
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform digital experience strategies
Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital experience projects and initiatives
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to inform stakeholders of project progress and results
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in digital transformation, e-commerce, or related field
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth through digital transformation
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with digital marketing platforms, e-commerce tools, and data analytics software
Certification in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related field a plus
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Experience with cloud-based technologies, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
Proven track record of driving business growth through innovation and digital transformation
Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools
Certification in project management, digital transformation, or related field

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £55,000 - £80,000 per annum, paid in arrears.
