šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Remote Business Operations Manager at Lowe's, you'll oversee the daily activities of our global operations team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between cross-functional departments. You'll work closely with our senior leadership to drive business growth and profitability through data-driven insights and process improvements. Your key performance indicators will include on-time project delivery, quality of work, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs across global operations teams.
Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and make data-driven decisions.
Foster a culture of safety, respect, and open communication within the team and across departments.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business strategies aligned with Lowe's goals and objectives.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Analyze and report on operational metrics to senior leaders, making recommendations for improvement.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
PMP or Scrum Master certification a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and priorities.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Sigma.

£55,000 - £80,000 per annum salary range, based on experience.
