šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Marketing Automation Specialist at McDonald's, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to deliver targeted and measurable marketing programs. You will also analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. This role exists to drive revenue growth through digital marketing initiatives, and you will report to the Digital Marketing Manager. Your impact will be measured by the success of our digital marketing campaigns in driving customer acquisition and retention.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines. Collaborate with creative teams to design and develop visually appealing and engaging campaign assets. Work with media teams to plan and execute campaign media buys. Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement. Optimize and refine campaign targeting, creative, and media strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing automation.
Develop and execute A/B testing and experimentation strategies to measure and improve campaign performance. Collaborate with analytics teams to track and report campaign metrics. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on digital marketing automation tools and best practices.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on automation and campaign execution. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven expertise in marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting. Strong communication and project management skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with SEO and SEM campaign management. Knowledge of data management and customer relationship management platforms. Experience with agile project management methodologies. Certification in digital marketing or marketing automation.

We offer a competitive salary range of 50,000 - 80,000 MXN per month, depending on experience.
