As a Digital Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be a key member of our marketing team, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our marketing automation strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. You will work closely with our marketing teams, sales teams, and IT teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging data and analytics to measure results and improve performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving our marketing automation systems, ensuring data integrity, and resolving technical issues. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-visibility projects, collaborate with a talented team of marketers, and drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns using marketing automation systems, such as Marketo or Pardot, to engage customers and drive revenue growth. . Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows, dashboards, and reports to measure campaign performance and inform future marketing strategies. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive business results. . Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize marketing automation systems, and inform future marketing strategies. . Develop and maintain documentation for marketing automation systems, including workflows, dashboards, and reports. . Troubleshoot technical issues with marketing automation systems, including data integration, API connections, and user access. . Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and performance. . Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement new features and functionality for marketing automation systems.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation and analytics. . Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. . Proven experience with marketing automation systems, such as Marketo or Pardot. . Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, including experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools. . Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, search, and content marketing. . Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams. . Experience with IT systems, including API connections, data integration, and user access.

. Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. . Experience with marketing automation system development and implementation. .
