šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
The Mexican E-commerce Integration Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrations with major e-commerce platforms to facilitate seamless delivery of packages to customers in Mexico. This role will work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with our logistics and shipping systems. The Specialist will also identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new technologies to enhance our e-commerce capabilities.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain integrations with major e-commerce platforms such as Mercado Libre, Amazon, and Walmart to ensure seamless delivery of packages to customers in Mexico.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new technologies to enhance our e-commerce capabilities.
Develop and maintain APIs and data interfaces to support integration with e-commerce platforms.
Design and implement data pipelines to support real-time data analytics and reporting.
Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-commerce integrations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote USPS services to e-commerce customers.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, data integration, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining integrations with e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
Experience with data integration tools such as MuleSoft or Talend.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience in working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Certification in data science or analytics.
Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
