🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Mexico City Remote Cloud Computing Security Manager will play a critical role in supporting the company's Latin American expansion by ensuring the security and compliance of all cloud computing services. As a key member of the IT team, this person will report directly to the Director of Cloud Computing and will be responsible for developing and implementing cloud security strategies to protect company data. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, the ideal candidate will drive cloud security excellence and contribute to the growth of FedEx's Latin American operations.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and implement cloud security strategies to protect company data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud security integration with existing systems and processes.

. Design and implement secure cloud architecture to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

. Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security trends and technologies to recommend improvements and best practices.

. Develop and maintain cloud security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent security practices across the organization.

. Provide cloud security training and awareness programs to ensure employees understand the importance of cloud security.

. Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with existing infrastructure.

. Monitor cloud security metrics and provide insights to drive process improvements.

. 5+ years of experience in cloud security with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field.

. Cloud security certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, or CASP.

. Experience with cloud security platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

. Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and regulatory requirements.

. Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cloud security excellence.

. Experience with cloud security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.

. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field.
