🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Mexico Remote Energy Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our utility sector operations by analyzing complex energy data sets, identifying trends, and developing insights to inform business decisions. You will report directly to the Energy Data Team Lead and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and efficiency. 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to analyze large energy data sets.

- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions.

- Conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity across various systems.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and recommend new tools and methodologies to improve data analysis capabilities.

- Develop and maintain documentation of data analysis procedures and results.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on energy or utility sector.

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and machine learning concepts.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
