As a National Account Manager - Retail Partnerships, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our retail strategy to drive revenue growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with our retail partners, such as Walmart, Target, and CVS, to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs. You will also work closely with our internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of our retail initiatives.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and execute national retail strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement through our retail partnerships.

. Collaborate with retail partners to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.

. Work closely with our internal cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of our retail initiatives.

. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities.

. Develop and manage budgets for our retail initiatives and ensure effective use of resources.

. Evaluate the effectiveness of our retail partnerships and make recommendations for improvement.

. Collaborate with our internal teams to develop and implement new products and services that meet the needs of our retail partners.

. Provide exceptional customer service and support to our retail partners and internal stakeholders.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

. Proven track record of success in developing and executing national sales strategies and driving revenue growth.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

. Experience working with large retail partners, such as Walmart or Target.

. Strong understanding of the retail industry and current market trends.
