🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Operations Support Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants. You will be responsible for providing hands-on support to our restaurant teams, driving sales growth, and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Regional Director and will be part of a high-performing team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your impact will be measured by your ability to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction ratings, and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in our restaurants.
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement sales growth strategies to increase revenue and drive business results.
• Provide on-site support to our restaurant teams, focusing on customer satisfaction, quality, and cleanliness.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to set goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the restaurant teams.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to monitor progress, provide coaching, and address any concerns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal pricing and service.
• Identify areas for cost savings and implement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our restaurant teams.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and team performance metrics.
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a fast-food chain.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction ratings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with restaurant teams, suppliers, and vendors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Experience with sales analysis and forecasting tools, such as Excel or SalesForce.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with a Food Safety Certification (e.g., HACCP, Food Safety Manager Certification).
• Bilingual or multilingual skills, with proficiency in German and English.
