As a Part-Time E-Commerce Operations Coordinator (Customer Service), you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service to Amazon's customers in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, responding to feedback, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with the Operations team to identify and address any customer service issues, and contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer satisfaction. šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Work closely with the Operations team to identify and address customer service issues

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction

Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer service operations

Provide excellent customer service through multiple communication channels

Identify and report customer service trends and patterns

Develop and maintain knowledge of Amazon's policies, procedures, and products

Contribute to the development of customer service training and coaching programs

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service operations

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

High school diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

1-2 years of experience in e-commerce customer service

Experience working in a call center or similar environment

Knowledge of Amazon's products and services

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
