🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Part-Time Regional Aviation Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our regional flights. You will work closely with our operations team to monitor flight schedules, coordinate with ground handlers, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for resolving operational issues and escalating problems to senior management when necessary. You will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager and work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Monitor and track flight schedules, ensuring timely departures and arrivals

* Coordinate with ground handlers to ensure seamless customer experience

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving operational issues

* Work closely with the operations team to resolve operational problems and escalate to senior management when necessary

* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction

* Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement

* Develop and maintain relationships with ground handlers and other stakeholders

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 2+ years of experience in aviation operations or a related field

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as aviation management or business administration

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

* Experience with operations management software and systems

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* 5+ years of experience in aviation operations or a related field

* Master's degree in a related field, such as aviation management or business administration
