As a Pharmacy Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of CVS's pharmacy operations strategy. Working closely with senior leaders, you will analyze operational data, implement process improvements, and optimize pharmacy workflows to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Analyze pharmacy operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement pharmacy workflows, ensuring seamless integration with company systems and processes.

* Provide training and support to pharmacy teams on new processes and systems, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruptions.

* Conduct regular site visits to pharmacies, providing coaching and feedback to teams, and identifying areas for improvement.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmacy teams, store managers, and senior leaders.

* Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and revenue growth.

* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure pharmacy operational performance.

* Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement technology solutions to support pharmacy operations.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, retail management, or a related field.

* Proven track record of driving process improvements, implementing change management initiatives, and achieving business results.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

* Experience working with pharmacy software systems, including Surescripts and other relevant technology platforms.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.

* Experience working in a pharmacy retail environment, with knowledge of UK pharmacy regulations and laws.

* Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPT) or Certified Retail Pharmacy Manager (CRPM) certification.

* Experience working with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
