šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Pharmacy Operations Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless pharmacy operations across CVS Health's UK region. Reporting to the Regional Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will work closely with pharmacy teams to implement operational improvements, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. Your expertise will have a direct impact on the success of our pharmacies, making a positive difference in the lives of our customers.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Provide operational support to pharmacy teams to ensure effective execution of daily tasks and activities.
. Conduct regular site visits to monitor pharmacy operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
. Develop and maintain relationships with pharmacy teams to understand their needs, provide training, and support their professional growth.
. Collaborate with the Regional Pharmacy Operations Manager to develop and execute regional operational strategies.
. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, productivity, and operational efficiency.
. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive growth.
. Develop and maintain accurate records of pharmacy operations, including sales data, customer feedback, and team performance.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or operations role.
. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
. Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory management, and customer service.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software applications.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Experience working in a leadership or management role, preferably in a pharmacy or retail environment.
. Certification in a relevant field, such as pharmacy operations or business management.
. Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software and ability to create reports and dashboards.
. Experience with sales and customer analytics tools, including data visualization software.
