🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Popeyes Brand Ambassador and Culinary Experience Manager in our Bavaria Region, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurants consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive sales growth, and promote our brand across the region. You will report directly to our Regional Manager and will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team that's passionate about delivering culinary excellence. Your primary goal will be to create and implement strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention, while also promoting our brand and products across social media and local events.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with our Regional Manager and restaurant teams to develop and execute local marketing and promotional strategies that drive sales growth and customer engagement.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, farmers, and purveyors to source high-quality ingredients and promote our brand within the local community.

• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our restaurants are consistently meeting our high culinary standards.

• Manage and execute local events, promotions, and in-store experiences that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

• Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and launch new menu items, promotions, and limited-time offers that meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our customers.

• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform local marketing strategies and optimize restaurant performance.

• Develop and maintain social media content that showcases our brand, products, and local culinary experiences.

• Collaborate with our training team to develop and deliver culinary training programs that ensure our restaurant teams are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, marketing, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Proven track record of driving sales growth, customer engagement, and loyalty in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Ability to travel extensively within the Bavaria Region and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Fluent in German and English (speaking, reading, writing).

• Familiarity with local culinary and cultural trends in Germany.

• Master's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Certification in culinary arts, food safety, or a related field.

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or data analysis.
