The Postmaster Network Operations Specialist (Data Analysis) will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing network data to identify trends and areas for improvement. This individual will work closely with the postmaster's office to optimize network performance and ensure timely delivery of mail and packages. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. The specialist will report to the network operations manager and work closely with other teams to achieve our goals.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect and analyze network data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize network performance and increase delivery efficiency.

Collaborate with the postmaster's office to identify and address network issues.

Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Develop and maintain reports to track network performance and delivery metrics.

Identify and recommend new technologies and tools to improve network operations.

Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau or Power BI.

Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.

Certification in data analysis or a related field.

Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
