šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Regional E-commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the e-commerce operations team in a specific region, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will report to the VP of E-commerce and will be responsible for managing a team of e-commerce operations specialists. Your impact will be measured by the performance of the e-commerce operations team in your region, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experiences
Lead and manage a team of e-commerce operations specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high-performance results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives
Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business results
Implement and maintain e-commerce operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and manage budgets for e-commerce operations, including personnel, technology, and marketing expenses
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations and share knowledge with the team
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth
Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders and external customers
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in leading e-commerce operations teams and driving sales growth
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Experience with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Certifications in e-commerce, marketing, or related fields
Experience with cloud-based e-commerce solutions, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
