šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As Regional E-commerce Operations Manager for our German market, you will play a critical role in leading our e-commerce strategy and ensuring seamless customer experiences across all online touchpoints. Reporting directly to our E-commerce Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of innovation within our e-commerce team. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies that align with company goals and objectives, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Lead a team of e-commerce professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all online touchpoints, including website, mobile app, and social media
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and logistics, to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and customer loyalty
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform e-commerce strategies and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve customer experiences
- Develop and manage budgets to drive e-commerce growth and customer satisfaction
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the e-commerce team
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the e-commerce team, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Provide regular reporting and insights on e-commerce performance to stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to drive e-commerce growth and customer satisfaction
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, management, or leadership
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction in e-commerce
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analyzing customer behavior and preferences to inform e-commerce strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in languages including German and English
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and technologies, including Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Experience with data analytics tools and technologies, including Google Analytics or Tableau
- Certification in e-commerce or digital marketing

We offer a highly competitive salary range of ā¬55,000 - ā¬75,000 per year, depending on experience.
