🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Regional E-Commerce Strategy Analyst - International Expansion will play a key role in supporting the growth of our e-commerce business in Europe, specifically in Germany. This person will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform our e-commerce strategy and drive sales growth. This role will report to the Director of E-Commerce Strategy and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service.

As a key member of the e-commerce team, the Regional E-Commerce Strategy Analyst - International Expansion will have a significant impact on driving the growth and profitability of our e-commerce business in Germany. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies that are aligned with our company's goals and objectives, and will work closely with the German market team to ensure that our strategies are tailored to the local market.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform our e-commerce strategy in Germany.

* Develop and implement e-commerce strategies that drive sales growth and profitability in Germany.

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our e-commerce strategies are aligned with company goals and objectives.

* Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the German e-commerce market.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and market experts.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the e-commerce industry, and apply this knowledge to inform our strategies.

* Collaborate with the German market team to ensure that our e-commerce strategies are tailored to the local market.

* Develop and manage budgets for e-commerce initiatives in Germany.
