🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our new Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced store managers and supporting our regional leaders in driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience across our German operations. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will play a critical role in executing our regional business strategy, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives to drive results. Your impact will be measured by your ability to deliver sales growth, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement regional business strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Lead a team of experienced store managers, providing coaching, development opportunities, and conducting regular performance evaluations.

Conduct regular store visits to provide on-the-ground support, identify areas for improvement, and recognize exceptional performance.

Work closely with the regional leadership team to align store operations with regional business objectives and strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and IT, to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement initiatives to reduce costs without compromising the customer experience.

Partner with the regional leadership team to develop and implement training programs to enhance store manager skills and knowledge.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in operations management, retail, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform business decisions.

Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience working in a convenience retail environment or a related industry.

Certification in operations management, leadership, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or other productivity tools.
