🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Regional Operations Manager at Pizza Hut Germany, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple restaurant locations, developing and executing operational strategies, and analyzing sales trends to inform business decisions. Your impact will be measured by your ability to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and develop a positive, safe working environment.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase restaurant profitability.

Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing team of restaurant managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.

Analyze sales trends, market data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and implement data-driven solutions.

Collaborate with the Country Manager and regional teams to develop and execute business plans, sales targets, and marketing campaigns.

Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Manage restaurant budgets, costs, and financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.

Provide coaching, support, and development opportunities to restaurant managers and staff to enhance their skills and performance.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in a senior operations or management role, preferably in the foodservice or hospitality industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, employees, and customers.

Fluency in German and English is a must, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Experience working with restaurant management systems, such as POS, inventory management, and labor scheduling.

Certification in a relevant field, such as HACCP, food safety, or customer service.

Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
