🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Regional Remote Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Uber's Mexico region. You will work closely with our regional leadership team to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing a team of remote operations specialists who will work closely with our drivers, riders, and partners to resolve issues, provide support, and ensure a seamless experience.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute regional business plans that align with Uber's overall strategy and goals.

• Manage and motivate a team of remote operations specialists to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with regional leadership to develop and implement process improvements, policies, and procedures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, address customer concerns, and improve overall regional performance.

• Analyze business data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Develop and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and respect within the team and with external partners.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the ride-hailing or food delivery industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proven track record of success in managing remote teams, driving business growth, and improving customer satisfaction.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Experience working in Mexico or with multicultural teams.
