π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Regional Remote Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency across our Mexico region. You will work closely with our sales teams, store managers, and regional directors to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our company's goals. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance. π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency across our Mexico region.
Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform sales decisions and optimize sales performance.
Collaborate with sales teams, store managers, and regional directors to develop and implement sales plans.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
Provide training and coaching to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field, preferably in a retail or fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
Certification in sales operations or a related field.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for meetings and training.
Bilingual in English and Portuguese (written and verbal).
