π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Regional Sales Operations Manager for the DACH region, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive sales growth, optimize operations, and improve customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to develop and execute strategic plans. Your primary objective will be to increase sales revenue, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience by leveraging data-driven insights and process improvements.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the DACH region; Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement; Collaborate with sales teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer engagement; Work with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns; Manage budgets, forecasting, and inventory management; Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction; Foster strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills; Experience with sales data analysis tools, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel; Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; 8+ years of experience in sales operations or sales management; Certification in sales operations, marketing, or a related field; Proficiency in German and English language; Experience in the food industry, preferably snack foods.
